Our Green commitment

Any parcel you receive from us will be packaged using predominantly recycled materials and all packaging can be recycled, including our brand stickers, the tape and filling. However, Royal Mail labels are unfortunately not recyclable so please remove them before discarding, or better yet, re-use the packaging! It looks like the box might've been used before? It probably has! We will re-use packaging that is fit for purpose as part of our Green commitment. 

How will it be dispatched?

Orders will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage will be calculated at checkout. Orders of £75* or more will be eligible for free postage. We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 5pm the next working day. You should receive your parcel within 2 days of dispatch, however, they're subject to Royal Mail Tracked 48 T&C's. 

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. For non-faulty products, postage costs will be your responsibility. Please get in touch with any questions. 

*Some items such as spray cans cannot be dispatched via Royal Mail and as such will be subject to alternative charges. Shipping for the excluded items will be calculated at checkout.*
